5. Custom Products

Custom-made products are covered by this warranty only for manufacturing defects or workmanship issues.

Variations resulting from customer-selected materials, finishes, fabrics, dimensions, or other approved specifications are not considered defects.

Natural characteristics of wood, stone, leather, fabric, and other materials are part of the product's unique appearance and are not covered under this warranty.
